Beautiful modern interiors . Very good Italian cuisine , most memorable were the perfectly aldente homemade pasta dishes and the grilled octopus with chickpeas ????. Good wine selection .
The menu at Cafe Altro Paradiso has beef carpaccio , a chicory salad , fritto misto , grilled swordfish , seared octopus , and five types of fresh pasta . Read more
GrubStreet: Fish-sauce-lacquered Wagyu-blend patty topped w/Gorgonzola & radicchio mostarda + a caper-berry garnish . Eye-poppingly good, the best burger we’ve had all year. And the year before that.
Great modern italian. The sausage , the octopus and the carpaccio were great starters. The candele cacio e pepe and the malfatti were amazing mains. Service was attentive and fast. Good prices also.
Lived. up. to. the. hype! Fennel salad was exceptional. Wagyu burger is a complex experience and ranks in the top 5 elevated NYC patties. Lasagnette is hearty pasta at its best.
Another spot by he people behind Estela and Flora Bar (both of which I love). The menu here wasn't as good though so a bit underwhelming but still delicious! Cool decor and trendy atmosphere inside.
carpaccio and chicken/olive pasta were *great.* liver was prepared perfectly. octopus was yummy. skip the torta dessert .
Grilled octopus salad and burrata are amazing! Service during lunch was slow. We split the swordfish (good) and malfatti (okay). Heard the fennel salad is worth it!
Really good pasta and selection of Italian wines ! Loved the cacio e pepe in particular. Starters are quite large.
The Amatriciana eggs are to die for. Get the fennel salad too!
Early stand outs: seafood crudo , gnocchi , chicken Milanese and the best panna cotta we ever had. Skip the torta dessert . Soon to be a star
Celebrated birthdays and an anniversary at lunch . We all loved everything especially the chicken liver pate and steak salad . Great place.
A new fave. We shared so many yummy dishes, I don't think you can go wrong. Their slightly sweet Bloody Mary is outstanding!
Sceney SoHo haunt. Good apps but disappointing mains. Bison carpaccio is a letdown, 5 mussels in our seafood linguine…. With many other eateries in NYC, this just isn’t worth the hype. Nice bar area.
Amazing pasta . Loved the cacio e pepe . Order them all and share them with a group.

Get the paccheri pasta . Not to share! And the chocolate torta for dessert !
The brunch is good though portions are on the small side. I recommend getting an order of arancini as appetizers if you’re hungry.
All the pastas were great (recommend the paccheri and gnocchi ), but meant to be a mid-course. So order accordingly.
Great old fashions. Grilled octopus to start. Pasta is a must. Dessert is a must.
Peas cacio e Pepe - crisp and delicious. Great wine and ambiance. Solid date.
Not crowded weekend brunch (maybe bc it was deathly cold outside), and still slow service. I enjoyed the eggs but bae said burger was too small. Arancini to start bc sticky bun was out (@ 11am??)
Don’t get the quiche ! Get the burrata and the chocolate , mango or marscapone gelato
Uni, pappardelle , swordfish , fog gelato
Highlights: salumi and cheese , short rib ; not highlights: gnocchi
Incredible burger , cacio Pepe
Food is great but the vibe is not fantastic.
Nice italian restaurant .. Pasta and steak were good
holy focaccia with butter and sea urchin
Crudo and carpaccio were outstanding!
Artichoke salad , truffle ravioli , swordfish . Fat & happy.
Delicious pasta . Pina cota is Devine
Crostini , scallop crudo , lemon basil pasta , streak
I had the burger which was hardly spectacular , along with fries which were way too greasy. The servers could be also more attentive.
The atmosphere is nice, but food is not so delicious as their score at TripAdvisor. I don’t know why they have such a high score.
Food is good, but service is bad. Funny enough they billed us twice for everything, good thing we caught it :) Waitress never thanked or checked on us. We were embarrassed to take our friends there.
Very good pasta . Decent drinks.
Only popped in for a glass of wine , but looking forward to trying the food!
The bison carpaccio is a must cop.
Enjoyable meal at the bar
All the pasta is perfect.
Best for groups of 2-4.
Pasta . Get the pasta .
Burrata , ravioli , and swordfish are exceptional. Service left lots to be desired. Disappointing. Portions small, especially the pasta dishes
Not the best service and somewhat of an odd layout with two tables in the middle of an aisle but good food.
Estela is way better, but pasta is good
Divine in every way.
Expensive for what you get. Waiter didn't know how to answer basic questions. Lack of utensils for everything served. They have kinks to work out for sure.
Get the burger for lunch

Breakfast egg sandwich on buttery brioche can't be beat and the canneles transport me to my favorite patisseries in Paris. - Alexandra Wood
Couldn’t be happier with the new location just a few blocks from my office. No lines during the lunch time, very spacious, great selection of everything. Yay! - Victoria
Very spacious. Great place to chill or catch up with a friend during the weekend. I like the draft latte. No WiFi - Eileen
