GVA Arrival Hall

Get the free public transport ticket while you are waiting for your luggage , before you leave the arrivals hall. It is valid for 80 minutes, throughout Geneva.

Don't forget your free ticket into town before you pass through customs

The arrivals hall only has 2 exit doors but a flood of people crowds out the view and makes it difficult to navigate.

Go through the revolving doors and past the train station to migros, cheaper food and drink options.

You can use a 10p piece to access a luggage trolley - they ask for a 2CHF coin. Failing that, try using any coin.

Truly miserable and unbecoming of an apparently wealthy city . Cigarette smoke wafting around, badly organised waiting areas for people using onward transfers (e.g. the alps).
