Dropping weights on the floor can cause injury to yourself or others and can also damage the equipment itself. Always set it down as gently as you can.
Use the stairs to and from the gym to get a little more out of your workout.
Treadmill is great and the gym is always empty.
Free weights only go up to 50 pounds.
