Lovely & quaint spot at the foot of Mont Royal, the "mountain ". In summer, the patio offers leafy cover from the sun. Great vegan fare . Yoga on the roof. And Santropol is a force for good in the City .

Recommend adding the chicken salad to any sandwich . The half sandwich / soup option is the way to go. We split the Duluth and Pepper Island sandwiches — both amazing.

An amazing cozy place. It has that lovely traveller's edge and you're going to meet people from all around the world here. Not to mention the amazing sandwiches . My love on first sight!

Service was a bit rude at first but got better when we sat down. The sandwich bread is heavenly. Get the Duluth or the one with mango chutney . Veggie chili was decent

Comes with a layer of basil and garlic spread , good old-fashioned non-lethal tomatoes are added, plus chicken salad for good measure. Santropol is known for them. Check them out, worth the try!

The dessert was decent! I tried a classic carrot cake , worth it! A very nice and authentic place :)

The mint jelly and ham sandwich , or mango chutney and chicken sandwich are excellent. Overall great vibe, great homemade cream cheese and milk shakes !

Sit on their patio in the back, super relaxed place. Homemade soup , especially the corn chowder is delish. It won't disappoint .

I recommend the Killer Tomato on the Terrace with carrot cake for dessert . Don't forget to ask about the soup of the day!

Soup here is the best! The large size is like 6$ and comes with as much bread as you want (just ask for more if you run out, they won't grumble!)

The carrot cake was so good I seriously considered trying to buy the entire rest of the cake to take home.
