Very nice service. Old chap boss welcoming you, top service, free stuff (starter, digestive, and a ball pen!), very good food, very nice atmo. I was chuffed !

Great hotel , friendly staff , and in a good location. Make sure to check out the roof deck bar for some drinks before you head out for the evening.

Had dinner in the restaurant . The food was absolutely wonderful with the focus on quality and not quantity. The service was the best ever with attentive and but not overbearing staff

Very chic and cozy , but the view is much better from "Círculo de Bellas Artes". The prices are similar, this one is slightly more expensive but the entrance is free.

Lovely hotel , big room and barhroom and view on the Gran Via. On the top there is a beautiful lounge bar (drinks are so good!).

Great hotel at a perfect location and they have a rooftop bar , too bad that it was closed during our visit. Free WiFi !

Nice bar , outdoors roof terrace for chil nightime

Receptionists need to learn to make it about the guest, rather than about themselves, they were rude and not that smart. That being said, hotel was nice in so many levels.

Отличный отель в самом центре Мадрида.В пешей доступности все, что необходимо для ознакомления с городом . На крыше уютный бар с видом на город .Номера свободные и тихии. Завтрак был на твердую четверку

Me encanta. La decoración y la atmósfera-ambiente, los desayunos maravillosos y el servicio amable. Bocablo café y el restaurante Al Trapo. Fan forever.

Subir a la terraza , y la Gran Vía. Las habitaciones son buenísimas, para mi nada que envidiar a otros de la zona.

Música incómoda para tomar una copa en un ambiente relajado , parece un after mixed con vacaciones en el mar.Poca variedad de tónicas y es un querer y no poder. Los mandiles son para lizarran.

Un hotel precioso en el centro centro. La cafeteria tb es muy bonita, y ahora tienen Nespresso . Bueniiiiisimo!;-)

Muy "chic" el sitio, con vistas a la gran vía. En la cafetería , prueba la tarta de zanahoria
