Fairmont Grand Del Mar

Maybe the best hotel I have ever stayed at - it feels more like an Italian villa than a hotel . Even the standard rooms are spectacular. Beautiful grounds, close to hiking , awesome golf course too!

When taking a dip in one of their four sparkling pools, make sure to dive underwater. There is an unexpected surprise!

Fresh and expertly prepared fish , always. The sea bass or truffle infused salmon spinach salad w grapefruit is outstanding!

I can't even begin to express how wonderful this hotel was! I hosted an event here 09/24 & 09/25 and the banquet staff were the best!!! THANK YOU!!!

The Grand Beach Service is awesome! Shuttle service to/from Del Mar's 18th Street beach & they set up your beach chair and umbrella for you!

If you’re fortunate enough to work with Paige Levy, the director of weddings and events , you will be blown away. She is the greatest at making any wedding or event beyond fabulous!

Food by the pool is great, and the Prado suite features two full baths with amazing soaking tubs.

Pricey , pricey pricey , but if you can afford it, by far the best choice in inland San Diego. Club M is amazing, and the golf course breath taking.

Very nice place to stay. It was like a parade of foreign cars and the staff was very friendly . Only down side is WiFi was not very good and cellphone reception in room 279 was a dead zone.

Beautiful 5 star hotel ... Restaurants are awesome. Gorgeous grounds.

Recently The Grand Del Mar opened an adults-only hangout - Club M. Be sure to check it out. It's part restaurant , part nightclub and part sports lounge .

So beatiful! Their tea time has the best pastries and dessert bites!
