Minneapolis Sculpture Garden

A must see, the place is known for the giant cherry on the spoon but there's a lot of really great art to see! P.s. The indoor area is closed early and never open on Mondays!

The sculpture garden is located just outside of downtown so it has great views looking back in! It has the famous Spoon and Cherry sculpture that has been featured in many books and movies !

A must-see when in the Twin Cities . Home to the Spoonbridge and Cherry , an iconic Minneapolis landmark . Guided tours are available on Saturdays at 11:30 a.m. through the end of September.

This is an iconic sculpture , so if you haven't been here yet I don't know what you are waiting for. Park in the ramp across the street for only $4.

Art is always amazing. Thinking it in open air, in a place where everyone can be, anytime, is wonderfull. I loved the place!!

Really nice to visit and have fun

Beautiful place to stroll when the weather's nice. Spoonbridge!

Cross road 94 and take a walk through Loring Park . It's really beautiful and you can see a lot of birds there.

watch out for these metal dividers. just the right height to make your toddler face plant

Put together a pick nick in the garden and your day is made! Super nice if the wether is good.

Not to miss if you’re in the Walker Museum area.

Ask yourself artsy questions like: Instead of a cherry and a spoon , what if it was a fork? or a spork? or chopsticks?

Wander around and pretend you're in a maze. Enjoy the view of the Spoon and Cherry , and put your hands on the giant grooved rock. Whatever you do, don't forget a camera , and don't forget a friend.

I took over 222 pictures of this venue and it was worth the sore feet and back afterwards you can also call on your cell and use a code to hear about the artwork in the garden .
