Been here a few times. Great location.. Just within walking distance from Kuantan Berjaya Mega Mall . The mamak restaurant behind the hotel is not bad. Parking was never a problem.

Hotel lama. If you bring your own foods, once finish it then terus buang di luar bilik else ada mickey and friends datang visit ???? nothing special for their breakfast , tak sedap pula tu

Hotel is horrifying! air cond in chiller degrees, bathtub yuck, in low season they Giv u thin towels n clears out ur stuff without checking if u've extended ur stay!

Reception counter is slooooowww... Poor services n the housekeeping was out of reach...parking is a bit tricky n creepy... ????

The apartment was not too bad, spacious , but Apt 1029 no water pressure , one of the room air con is faulty, wifi slow, tap water brownish, kitchen only kettle working! Well that's about all! u decide!

old building . 3 star. well , everything fits the rating but there are improvements since 2010.

Rengsa gila dgn maintenance. Complain about slow water pressure & clogged bath tub . No action at all. Letiiihhhh T_T

Nice hotel , got a strip of night gerai at the back.

No controls for air cond . water leaking in bathroom . Breakfast taste was bad and if u were unlucky, u need to wait for foods to be replace in pack days. And they dont hv wifi .

Fits the 3-star hotel rating. Near to Giant Kuantan.

Decent room. Lousy air-condition with sounds bugging your sleep. An old hotel that stays old with more expensive rate than other better hotels in Kuantan.

This hotel is horrible! Freaking expensive , slow front service. Toilet has no pipe. Dirty bath tub . Centralized aircond like seriously?! Buffet tasted bad too. Ergh!

toilet is bad, room with unpleasant smell, no iron in the room n u would have to get down to 4th floor just to do your ironing even u r in 8th floor...ridiculous...

The rate is simply too high for such quality (deluxe twins:coperate rate RM160++). The toilet is terrible, room carpet is in bad shape. Strongly not recomended.
