Come for above avg chicken rice if around the area. Not best of the best for sure. Meat tenderness above avg. Rice not the most fragrant. Chilli is v nice. Friendly Uncle auntie. #ThomtoriEats
Apparently one of top 10 chicken rice stalls back in 1995, according to The New Paper Readers' Poll.
chicken is OK, rice is undercooked. Not the best chicken rice in this area. Go to 35B Seah St, Sin Swee Kee Chicken Rice . It's a short walk away. But if you want the best in SG, go to Tian Tian. :)
One of the better chicken rice places in the area. A standard plate is $4 a pop.
Came here twice but the chicken meat still tasted dry, not juicy :-( And their char siew was salty. Chilli sauce was punchy though
The chicken is tender!
Honestly taste is fine but dish is too small for lunch and dinner .
Good hakka abacus seeds found here. Kinda heavily seasoned but otherwise texture is fantastic. - Ting
