The best things on their menu is the Thai soup shabu (#10) and if you can handle spicy , try their Taiwanese spicy soup shabu . Must have: blueberry snow flake ice and mango snow flake ice. YUM!

Great soup bases and toppings. Beef one is my favorite. Also has great drink selection.

Beverage is included with your lunch combo (green or black tea )!

#1 or lamb pot. The wok noodle packs are also awesome to add to the soup .

Free tea .. FREE TEA !! Green (is sweeter) or Black (not as sweet) are yer options... And if you complain about that you're a d-bag *cough* bad yelpers *cough cough* ;)

The original for Tawainese Hot Pots ! Tried the desserts ! Delicious!

Some of the pictures are misleading. Mine had fish balls with roe in the picture but it doesn't come with the hotpot nor does the waitress know what it is.

lunch is the best deal since you get a free green or black tea !

Be weary of the bad customer service. There are plenty of tables but they still make you wait. The workers tries not to make eye contact so that they dont have to tend to your needs.

They no longer have real fruit on their shaved snow. Got cheap . Whack. Go to papa walk for shaved snow.

They have temporarily removed snow ice from their menu!:-(

It's really just okay. Kinda like hot pot but not really. The wait is usually very very long! It's worth trying, but the food is just okay. But their drinks are quite good!

Very rude waitresses because I was white &I burnt my soup so it was a waste of money. I asked for napkins about 5x &then water &then more broth but the bitch kept forgetting then gave me attitude

skip the stinky tofu . it's not stinky enough and it's not fried. very disappointed.

Really bad service. Servers lack proper etiquette and act like they don't care.
