Great place to stay in Phuket, a lot of shopping places nearby, the beach is just there infront of the hotel , the room is so good and the service at its best! Highly recommending it!
swimming pool close at 8pm??? too early!!!
You can be standing at the front desk for ages and not be attended to. Terrible service. Breakfast is rather dull and the Internet connection is really slow.
wifi coverage at level 7, very bad!!!!
