You can rent bikes for $5.00. Great deal. So bike the trails then cool off at the beach . Great family spot .

Beautiful trails perfect for walking running and biking . Something other to do than just go to the beach . But you can find a beautiful little one here if you look hard enough.

Be sure to check out the trail center, free maps and information about the park and the staff is really friendly . The bald cypress trail is beautiful!

Just took the family this last weekend. The kids were happy to be able to take our dog Jasmine out to hike the trails . The trails were very well maintained and pretty to walk through.

First Landing State park is a good place for people to take their bike to ride in a nice 12 mile round trip bike ride . Also there is many miles of walking only trails to.

If you're on the east side of the park or riding your bike in from the boardwalk, get on the trail from the 64th Street entrance.

This place is very beautiful, the beach is much better than the main Virginia Beach one.

Space and quiet are great, although here the day after labor day.. pet freedoms are a plus too

Perfect trails for biking , hiking or kayaking in the back bay area ... lots of shade for picnics ...

Grab lunch at Taste Unlimited on the way and have a picnic and bring your dog and walk on the trails .

Just recently went hiking at First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach, AMAZING! Great trails . Completely shaded by tree 's but still bring lots of water and good walking shoes .

It's pouring! Get your umbrella's and a fly for your tent!

Dont get scared of the trail . Its not as long as you think. You can make it to 64th street at least.

Grand location where the bay meets the ocean. Check out the Indian Village and have fun with history.

Very quiet , and original forest , beautiful lake . worth to waste a day hiking .

Be sure to check out the cypress swamp on the interior side of the park
