The only problem with this place is that every time I stay here I never want to leave the hotel . Spend a little extra and stay. The service, pool and food is worth it.

Pretty shocking that for this level of hotel we aren't able to get them to make up the room in a junior suite without calling... Cleaning staff are disappointing.

Outdated and almost seemingly dirty . The hotel has seen much better days. Try the Ritz.
Kind of shabby and brunch is overrated
The waffles in the restaurant are horrible. The bacon is horrible. The latte is horrible. The convenience isn't worth it - just eat somewhere else.
Not as great as it used to be. Really needs updating.
