Beautiful old school hotel with great rooms and service. Ask the concierge for a tour and stop into the Sazerac Bar to enjoy the namesake cocktail .
They treat diamond status like royalty! I think I'm going to stay an extra night just to enjoy the experience! Nicest hotel ever! And they upgraded me to a suite for free! Wonderful!
Beautiful old historic hotel with nice luxurious rooms . Bar is fantastic and justly famous for the sazerac . Location is a bit out of the way but fine to have a little peace and quiet in the big easy
Waldorf suite is phenomenal! Very spacious and comfortable . The best part of the suite is the exquisite bathroom shower & tub!!!
A beautiful, block-long lobby, especially beautiful during the holidays. The lobby display features 44 Birch trees , more than 22,000 twinkling lights and scores of festively dressed Christmas trees .
I love this place, traditional, very well kept, Sazerac bar and the drinks were outstanding, bed super comfy . Great location.
Locals: the Roosevelt validates valet parking for the spa . After a long day of writing or editing, our choice is the body polish. Even better than a massage . Then, we eat at Domenica .
This is the hotel where all the movie stars, producers, etc. stay when filming in NOLA. If you're star searching go hang out in the Sazerac Lounge in the evenings.
This is the bathroom-it's so small they keep the towels in the closet. For three bones a night I don't want my knees touching the shower and sink when I'm squatting.
Love the location. Close enough to the quarter, but out of the chaos and craziness. Domineco pizzas amazing, Sazarac Bar a must.
Did you know the Roosevelt, formerly known as the Grunewald, was widely regarded as the top party spot in the South? Its nightclub , the Cave , is considered one of the country 's first - party on Garth. Read more
Make sure to stop in the swanky Sazerac Bar and order a Ramos Gin Fizz . You'll be taken back to a different era.
An upscale hotel with wonderful service, nice rooms, excellent location, and great food and drink options onsite.
Very classic #NewOrleans #hotel with attentive hospitality . Definitely worth a stay if you’re visiting #NOLA.
A Travel Channel Staff pick: This iconic New Orleans hotel combines southern hospitality , world-class service and historic surroundings.
One bedroom suite is quite large. That said - this entire building needs a major renovation! And broken shower , broken iPod dock, slow and zombie-like service take away from the experience.
Inman is a great doorman ! He will take care of all your needs. For those traveling with kids in strollers, beware the elevators are a little small.
Always a great place to wine and dine. Especially during the Christmas Holidays .

Visit the lobby over Christmas
Fat Tuesday and last day here..back home 2morrow...well yes i will order room service tonight, have a bubble bath, and enjoy some wine while the guys go out and play :)I need some rest! Thx NOLA!
The suite is perfect, don't upgrade to the one with a second living area, it's terrible in comparison. Same size room but just crammed as fuck because of the separating wall. Bathroom smaller too.
Fun light show around the Christmas holiday , but it gets crowded !
The Guerlain spa is amazing. Pick any treatment and you'll be pleased. Closes at 7pm daily (6pm on Sundays)
Head on over to Domenica restaurant for arugula salad , white pizza & fine dining anytime of day.
great hotel . Great staff and location
Beautiful Christmas decor in a fantastically historic property
Amazing experience especially during the holidays
Outdoor pool is on the 4th floor garden terrace . Very nice with hot tub , bar , and food.
Great hotel . You won’t be disappointed…
Recommend the concierge desk for everything. Don never stirred us wrong and gave us all kinds of cool hints!
Save $4 per canned drink by walking next door to Walgreens and stocking up, then fill the ice bucket in your room ;-)
Domenicas pizza and beer special is awesome deal and so is the pizza !
Beautiful washrooms
Some of the best concierges I've ever met!
Absolutely beautiful
Dress up and enjoy a cocktail in the bar
This place is great! Wonderful service and friendly staff !
The door on Baronne street (southeast entrance), closest to Bourbon St. is locked after 11 pm.
Staff at Domenica are great...go out of their way to accommodate. Use farm fresh ingress.
Service is really good. Very classic hotel . Bed is great. Great hotel to go with your significant other very intimate .
Monday is fried chicken night!
Try the sazerac cocktail . It's legendary. Friendly bar staff .
Historic and right by bourbon st.
Nice garden terrace pool on the 4th floor with hot tub .
The suite was excellent! No complaints.
Beautiful hotel
Great rooms and overall suite of services.
Cool Christmas tree display
Such a lovely hotel
Love this classy ambiance! Great drinks. Preferred the 1840 sazerac over the original. - _
A hidden gem right next door to the #RooseveltHotel. Friendly, local vibe. A must visit for a local libation. - Christopher Floss
Great hotel with an awesome view of the city. East walking distance to just about everything! - Alisa Myatt
Cocktails on the porch, you can't go wrong. I suggest the Mint Julip. - Michelle
Beignets and a cafe au lait to start your trip in NOLA. Wait to get a table- the line moves quickly - Cusp25
