friendly staff & great location - walking distance to downtown & street cars, which opens up easy access to multiple parts of the city ! Be sure to stop by the bar at some point and grab a hurricane.

Such a nice hotel . They also have a secure system (maybe just for Mardi Gras) of giving guests wrist bands for security to check to make sure only guests are coming in and out of the hotel !

What a great location. Easy walk to the quarter, warehouse district, and garden district. Steps from the streetcar lines .

Fine hotel with nice rooms and a good location for French quarter access, but some weird quirks: multiple issues with door locks, shower sounded like a freight train was coming…

The parking is on the backside of the hotel , so if heading down Canal you will have to loop around the back.

Luxury at its best

The pool only gets full sun in the late morning. Plan accordingly. Nicely equipped gym is in the pool area .

Horrible valet service . Took 1 hour and a half to get my truck . It's best just to Uber it in from the airport . It's cheaper and less wait.
