The elevator system works GREAT! Only issue with the elevators is that in a city known for music , I was surprised to hear just the standard run of the mill , typical "elevator music ". LOL
Odd as it may sound, these are the best elevators ever. Punch in your floor, it tells you which car, of seven, to board, and drops you at your floor. Fast.
Really nice hotel ; staff is super friendly and helpful. An Justin, he did my schools keys, for Mardi Gras 2013, is amazing. And even the guards are awesome and friendly . Love this hotel , I'll be back.
You've come to the right place if you are looking for the best location. Located on the corner of the French Quarter, the Marriott is just a short walk from the incredible Art District. Read more
Hard to beat the location... Right in the mid-section of Canal St and in the French Quarter just a couple of blocks from Bourbon St. Don't fret too much about the parking fees. It's high everywhere.
Awesome staff !! great view and just in the perfect spot! great location! (also not that expensive booking online)
ALWAYS excellent customer service at the registration desk. Valets and bell staff are friendly and very helpful.
The Beignets served hot and fresh in the lobby each weekend morning are FANTASTIC! Better than you know where.
Here for convention . Didn't stay in hotel , but great convention location close to everything you want to do in NOLA!
The self check in option provides the easiest and quickest way to check in
Dont forget to try the seafood gumbo at this hotel . Its the best ive ever tasted
Coming from Miami, I was so surprised to to see people so friendly and courteous (I'm not used to that) Keep it up.
Free food at meal time in the concierge 's lounge is more chaotic than at a late night pizza place in a college town after last call.
We are stuck in the lobby while gma's scooter chair recharges. Nice comfy air conditioned space with a free plug but not how i planned spend two hours.
Good air conditioned shortcut from warehouse side to canal st. Cold refreshing bevvies on the common st entrance.
Fancy elevator system . Put your floor number in and go to your assigned elevator
Great view of the river for some rooms. Hotel staff were very responsive.
Try the Creme Brulee - You know you're on to a good thing when you have to tap on the crust to crack it & get to the thick & creamy custard underneath.
Conveniently located in Canal Street. Hotel is in a decent condition, nothing to write home about. It does have a gym and pool. It is busy and large.
Awesome location, great views , badass elevators ! Push your floor # instead of an up or down arrow.
Gorgeous hotel , good food, great conference space BUT! Really need to do something about the sluggish-to-nonexistent WiFi in the ballrooms !
One of the most badass hotels to which I've been, ever. If you can afford , do it. Don't get lost though...& Fast elevators !
Staff is super friendly-even with late arrivals. Also prime location...within walking of los of attractions
Great place for breakfast : Mena's - just next to the hotel right of the main entrance
So everybody likes to talk about the elevator system here. I'll change it up....what kind of hotel doesn't put shampoo in your rooms. Lol
Happy Hour is awesome! $5 Hurricanes and calamari ! Can't be beat!!!
The elevator system is awesome! And they always have refreshing infused water by the main desk! Wonderful on those hot days
Fun hotel right by the quarter. It's huge!
Stayed here during my first trip to NO; comfortable accomodations, nice fitness center and pool. I am dying to visit the city again!
Free Suite upgrade. Marriott Gold Member. Ask!
The restaurant here (5 Fifty 5) is fantastic. This hotel has been great to me the few times I've stayed here
Justin at the front desk is SO SWEET! Very welcoming and helpful.
Amazing club sandwich from the in-room dining. They actually get your food to you when they say they will as well . Always a plus when you order room service .
make sure to get a room on the lower floors so you don't have to walk up alot of stairs...the elevator system sucks!!!
$15 a night for wifi in the room? I'll pass. Especially if the speed in similar to the wifi in the ballroom and lobby. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks
The staff was so friendly and helpful. Love the elevator system .
There is a little learning curve to the elevators . Makes life interesting after a fun night out!
The best hotel on the city
Get the in room lobster mac and cheese . Amazeballs
Very great location!! All attractions r surrounded here~ ^^
The rooms were a bit dated, but the staff was absolutely wonderful.
Great men's room in the lobby behind the bar...clean
