Hyatt Centric French Quarter New Orleans

Super modern hotel with a friendly staff and huge rooms ! Even at 1am when I checked in, they were on the ball and super sharp.

Friendly staff , and a helpful manager to accommodate your request. All done very professionally... Rooms are good, clean and spacey... In a prime spot where you can go to your touristic trip easily...

Great staff , they have been helpful for any need. Had to switch rooms - had a balcony on street, 4:30 am trash pick up was too much. They switched us no problem. Lots of great dining suggestions.

Everyone should know that Hyatt took over this hotel n remodeled it. It's a great hotel , very nice modern decor , 1/2 block off of Bourbon . Any old reviews pertain to the older hotel at this address...

Very nice hotel , staff is friendly , prompt and accommodating , beds are very comfortable and rooms are quiet in spite of being so near "the action"

Location was the best it was located at the French Quarter. Red Grille fish Resturant are just right below and Acme(never miss that)

Warning!!! If you are riding a motorcycle, you are not allowed to park on the premises. You must park 3 to 4 blocks from the hotel if your lucky enough to find parking . No exceptions.

Very nice hotel . Huge rooms . Close to everything in the French quarter.

Gerard is great and the hamburger rocked my world. Was top 5 best burgers of my life. Get it with white cheddar .

Nice and clean with friendly staff and some great food options.

Some of the tips have mentioned bad water pressure and the lack of sheer curtains. I had a Bourbon St. Balcony room. It did have sheer curtains so there was privacy nor were there issues with water.

Perfect location, great rooms and decor. Can always hear live music over the walls poolside .

Stop by the Canal St Entrance to see Ignatius Reilly, from "A Confederacy of Dunces." He's a regular under the D.H. Holmes' Clock which still stands today.

This place is modern and great. My only negative is NO RECYCLING?!?!?! Get with the 21st century... Please !

The only problem I had was there was no way to use hair dryer/flat iron in the dressing areas. The only plugs were INSIDE the actual bathroom .When someone is taking a shower you can't fix your hair.

The water pressure is horrible, there are no privacy sheers on the window which means no natural light in the room because you share the balcony with the strangers in the room next to you.

Dirty bathroom , wallpaper peeling off the walls, mattresses & furniture in the courtyard - signs say they're remodeling, but a 'four star' hotel should not have gotten this bad! Great location, though.

Bad decor, bad guest services and they are hammering away at 8:30 am for construction . Only good thing about this hotel is that the rooms are large and the location.
