I don't think the "barrel service" drinks are barrel aged, although they do have some barrel aged spirits . The night we went they were out of the aged Sazerac Rye and bacon bourbon .
Tucked into a quiet corner with never a skimpy cocktail and great live music .

They make a good old fashioned with fig infused whiskey .
Craft cocktails are hotel prices ($$14-17/drink)… but flavorful.
House infused liquors and very knowledgeable bartenders .
