Love the Carousel Bar , the entertainment and location. Probably not my favorite hotel to stay at in New Orleans.

A lovely old hotel with pleasant rooms.
Plenty of supposed ghosts here, including a boy who wants to play hide-and-go-seek. Hotel says their ghosts are all friendly .

Awesome new restaurant/ jazz bar downstairs.
If the bathroom commode pipes hadn't leaked AND if after 4 calls no one ever fixed it. We used he majority of our towels to keep the floor dry.
Check out the Carousel Bar...if you can handle the motion! Love it.
