Great intimate dive. Food is hit or miss (from Tastings across the way). Tremendous bottle selection and some great standbys on tap . Bring the crowd with you. They will remember if you just get water.

These two extremely sexy guys, Matt and Greg, hang out there a lot. Sometimes they have a French dude with them. I used to go just to stare at them from a distance and swoon.

One of the best lesser-known drinking holes in Cville with a selection of classics on tap supported by an extensive bottled beer list .

Since the owner has been imposing his views more, the atmosphere is less fun and more tense. Staff are quitting, and the quirkiness is gone. So sad. I miss my neighborhood bar .

Huge bottled beer selection at really great prices. Not the place for wine drinkers, though. Sit at the bar and strike up a conversation !
