It was a gathering of vagrants and vagabonds! The sad part is there was no water in it.

It’s a fountain with Yoda. Not much beyond that. The grounds are nice and there’s a Starbucks right around the corner. Worth it to walk over to the Palace of Fine Arts while you’re in the area. - Dan Sohayda
