Excellent classical style decoration, simple but elegant. The huge old bar table amazed me. Various cold beer on tap . Bartender was polite and friendly .

Draft beer selection is surprisingly good. The menu seems to rotate almost weekly, and selections are always solid. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly - but Pete is by far the best!

I love the regular selection of UK beers . Bombardier, Fullers ESB, and Old Speckled Hen are always on draft . Now if they could only add Theakston Old Peculier!

Excellent spot to warm up after a winter walk along the brooklyn bridge park .

They have chile habanero hot sauce ...not that Tabasco that most restaurants profess as the hottest thing in God's creation

Get the excellent fish tacos and ask for a bottle of chili habernero sauce. Go lightly, though.

Spinach penne is the way to go. Check the specials board. And order a Leffe Blonde. And since I live around the corner, I'll be at the bar .

The chorizo beef burger might be the best burger I have had

Bartender is great. I usually stop by after work on Fridays with a friend or two. But its the type of neighborhood place you can have a casual drink alone too.

Don't try to watch a hilarious YouTube video with an amazing dog. It will not be appreciated.

Get the fried pickles , skip the jalapeño poppers , stay for beers

Geary's porter is a solid porter on tap nearly year round! If you're not in the mood for a full pint you can order a half pint.

Legitimately the slowest/most aloof service I have ever had. Regardless of it being Saturday night.

Decent enough place located close to Grimaldi's. Bartender was a bit ditzy, he forgot drinks and poured the wrong drinks but altogether a decent atmosphere.
