Amazing customer service. They upgraded our room to a King suite and and we didn't even ask! Plus the bathroom mirror has a TV built into it!!!

Some problems with the workers. They have to overpass that.
Cheeseburger was perfectly cooked. French fries good but not great. Shower-head had great water pressure . Room was very clean but gold wallpaper seemed worn.

Muhammad is the best! I've been coming to this hotel for 15 years now and he's always the best part of my stay.
Go for Power Breakfast . Still the best place in New York to start the day with the top in every industry.
