A luxurious hotel that has been open since 1930! We love the large rooms and high ceilings and find it easy to relax to the incredible park views.The beds are comfortable and room service is amazing.

The hospitality is spectacular ! Friendly staff and caring about small details , hopefully wont be our last visit to a Taj hotel

The storied home away from home of American industrialists, financiers and celebrities, The Pierre is the life's work of immigrant Charles Pierre. This French chateau inspired hotel screams opulence.

They serve a chic Afternoon Tea in their 2E Bar/Lounge. The staff are attentive, genial and not snooty even after I said I had a Groupon deal , lol. The Mrs and I had a wonderful time!

If you're on vacation, don't forget to hang the "do not disturb" sign outside your door and pray not to have any package delivery in the morning, otherwise THEY'LL WAKE YOU UP EARLY EVERY DAY!!!

The staff at Le Caprice are incredibly friendly . They know their usual patrons by name and pay special attention to making everything run smoothly.

Looking for a room with a view of Central Park ? The Pierre Hotel 's Tata Presidential suite on the 39th floor has a great view of the park , for only $20,000 per night.

Went to Afternoon tea at Two E Bar . We had a luxurious time. The bread was a bit stale like it was in the refrigerator overnight. Beautiful hotel !

Great place, classy , great location. Pricey though but it is worth it.

The history and location is great but the service is deplorable. The building also feels more like a NY residents building than a super expensive five star hotel . There are far better hotels in NY.

Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.

Came here for high tea - an annual tradition with friends. Disappointing- really bad service, room is not charming and too many sweets and not enough sandwiches

After you checkin, the receptionist walks you up to your room and shows you everything. How nice!

You can't be in a hurry to get back to your room - my room key didn't work 3 days in a row!
