If could pull off very late my preference is 2am-5am i drive up and park immediately right in front. The wait to pay/get help/genius-bar/repair's 5min or less, that even rare 9 out 10 walk in&ur turn.
The staff working here are all so kind, and very helpful. It seems no matter how busy the store is, they always treat their customers with respect --https://www.apple.com/retail/fifthavenue/ Read more
The architecture is awesome, I just find myself near there just to take a snapshot of the cubed dome! There's free wifi if you're into just hanging out while shopping in there. Always cool gadgets!
Like it or not but Apple moved to a place behind their iconic box in 5th. It’s crowed and extremely noisy but staff here is helpful, polite 👍🏼 just hope you move back into the box soon
The best , you will never wait in a line , very professional staff , good service , very quick transferring my media to my new phone that quick in less than 3 minutes, wow ♥️
The entrance to this store is pretty awesome - you'll walk down a staircase in a glass cube to get inside. Don't come here without making a Genius Bar appointment first - you could be waiting forever
Even Slenderman is checking that store out. It's *the* apple store - a must see.
Apple on Fifth Avenue is right in the heart of the city . Recently refurbished this store is a huge glass cube , take down the elevator and you're in one of the world's largest Apple Stores
The most iconic Apple Store in the world. If you ever visit Manhattan, NYC, this place is a must. It's not that small. The real store lies underground. The glass room is just the tip of the iceberg.
I've been looking for a tight bumper for my iphone 5 that has black in the middle between another color to compliment my black phone...I've been looking EVERYWHERE...should've known they'd have it! 😊
Great, spacious store with helpful staff . Arrive early for your genius appointment as queues are happening, with temperature checks.
One of the bigger Apple stores on 5th avenue next to Central Park for a nice stroll should it get hectic
Best time to shop: late at night. The downside is that all sales reps are always SO busy and they're always in a rush to even get you what you asked for.
It's all about the exterior here - the building's simultaneous presence and absence, the play between its ghostly structuralism and the solid masonry of the Plaza Hotel across the street.
Watch your step on the glass steps, which can get slippery after it rains. ... Worst time to visit is in the middle of the day when the crowds are thickest. Try early in the morning or late at night.
There is a nice sitting area upstairs to, and outside on the plaza area to look at your new Apple products.
Most amazing shopping experience ever. The way the whole store is set up even if there are hundreds of people roaming around you can walk in and walk out with your stuff in 10 minutes. So hassle free!
Had to wait for them to clear ice and snow from the entrance but once I got in I was well looked after. Ian immediately introduced himself and knew exactly what he was doing and exactly what I wanted.
This place may be busy but its layout and architecture make it a pleasurable shop. Friendly staff too.
Open for 24 *7.Most profitable retail chain in da world. Most visited place of new york. flagship store of apple .One day I will definitely visit this store.
Make sure to get an appointment for the Genius Bar , even at way past midnight. They are open 24 HOURS!
A bit of a tourist attraction in its own right. Better prices than our UK stores, and slightly better choice too. Ride the lift back up.
Best customer service, hands down! Love the Genius Bar service ; got my iPhone replaced in less than 10 minutes (my camera lens had fallen off). Just make sure you put in a reservation at apple .com
Honestly? Take a picture at the cube, it's amazing. But only go inside if you really need something right now. There are less crowded Apple Stores.
It's always exciting to visit this Apple mecca! If you feel hungry after your shopping spree, visit us later at Seventh Ave & 58th St for a delicious snack !
This is My Favorite Apple Store, The 1 on 5th Avenue 59th Street & it's right close to The 6 Train & I Live in The Bronx & I just take The 6 Train to The Apple Store.
Apple 🍎 it’s cool 😎 over many years live in NYC, what I never understood, when a new gadget come to the market , hundreds lineup sleep 😴outside 3-4 days to have it first. is that matter? 🤷🏻♂️
The glass cube is not there anymore - the entire store is under construction and they have moved to the building behind. Have to come back again to see the new store!
Can’t beat the convenience of a 24 hour location & the staff is very professional here.
I tend to avoid coming here during peak times but my fitbit bit dust and in less than 15 minutes I exchanged and verified new one works. Exceptional customer service at this super busy store !
The Apple store is an extraordinary retail experience for techies of all kinds. The glass architecture on 5th Ave is impressive itself.
Both interior and exterior design of Apple Store there are very cool! Store are usually very busy :D
If using the Apple Store app to check in for "Genius Bar "/Service/Technical help then let someone know at the Genius Bar that you are here aka "Checking in"
The customer service is great but they don’t have the correct info to solve your problems
24hrs for you to not only just shop BUT for you to check on any issues you may have with your Apple products. It's midnight but the earliest slot available for the Genius Bar is 1.15am. Damn
It's crazy not to see cash desks around! The sales specialists can read the barcodes and withdraw money from your credit card with their iPhones! Just amazing!
The most spectacular Apple store in the known universe . Love it. Always full of energy. Dont come here if u dont want see people from t entire planet....
The Genius Bar has gotten even more efficient. No hassle at all to get a rez (though be on time or they delete you). Geniuses are helpful as ever. New Genius tables to wait at where they come to you!
If the Genius Bar is booked or they're sold out of something you want, try the Grand Central location- it's a very short train/cab ride/walk away from here.
Best tip ever.. make sure to always make an appointment before coming in or else you'll be waiting forever
The best place to come when you want to buy or get your devices fix. The staff are very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful.
It's always insanely busy here but especially on the weekend. Try and book your Genius Bar appointment early in the morning or later at night to avoid the noisy crowd of tourists .
Finally got to see the glass cube ! Fun to look at and take pics, store is super packed!
Loved the cube. Great looking store with great staff . Was served very quickly on a busy Saturday afternoon.
The staff is very welcoming, friendly and inviting. Never a bad experience here whenever I went in to purchase items.
Fun Fact: I worked here once. Pretty Cool Place.
My favorite apple store of all time. I love the glass elevator . It is always so crowded but so much fun. Love it!!!
Despite the overwhelming torrent of tourists , the staff manages to bang out pretty effective service. Floor checkout without waiting on line is amazing!
The tech specialists can help you out if you need help with your electronic device. And I think I heard something about free wifi .
24 hrs store, many people seeing and buying amazing. They have free wifi
Great, spacious location with plenty of staff to help service you. And with Chelsea Market nearby it's a good area to wait during one's Genius Bar appointment. - Stephanie
Free wifi, free charging, very spacious and friendly people - Henrique Sales
Great place to escape from the noise of the city. Huge area to explore with plenty of lakes and quiet spots to enjoy a picnic. - Carl Griffin
