Excellent tech specialists in the Genius Bar . One in particular, Yaw, was very accommodating. My iPhone 5 was giving me problems, and after he inspected it, I was given a new one free of charge!

Conveniently located in between Chelsea and Meatpacking district, location wise, this may be the most fun and push Apple store in Manhattan. Traffic is a lot better (less) than the 5th avenue

This place is huge and I definitely felt a little lost. Which is a big deal for a person with a great sense of direction. But Rambo (yes that is his name) is taking good care of me!

The Honeycrisps are the best when they're in season, but you can't go wrong with a classic Braeburn or Fuji

The Genius Bar is a great place to meet and take advantage of vulnerable people in (technology) crisis, if that's what you're into. Every customer here looks like they could use a stiff drink.

Until the Apple Store on the upper east side opened this was one of my favorites for Genius Bar and one to one appointments. Not as crazy as 5th Ave or Soho stores for shopping too. Helpful geniuses

The stairs are always a feature in Apple stores and this one is a beautiful glass spiral. Light and airy. Like the space.

Great, spacious location with plenty of staff to help service you. And with Chelsea Market nearby it's a good area to wait during one's Genius Bar appointment .

It's more efficient to keep all your money here and then ask for permission from Apple when you want to spend it on non-Apple goods and services.

Good layout, tons of available and helpful employees . They have bathrooms and a water station for the window shopping tourists . Genius Bar is on the 3rd floor, come before 11 for no lines .

There are so many windows, I'm not sure how the building is still standing, but some magic is at work, and I'm not sure what all these little blue elves are doing.

Such a convenient location, I am actually there right now. Someone friendly to help you and get you on your way buying a case or MacBook Pro, whatever you want.

Along with a little space to lounge and free wifi , there are restrooms and a water fountain on the third floor.

Be aware they will make you wait outside for a Genius appointment during COVID until your technician is ready (even when it's 20-something degrees) ????

Know what you need before you come! This will help escalate any shopping time you have. This is a high tourist spot so getting in and out is needed.

Apply stores have invented a simple style to display their innovative products and services. Each store compliment the desires to engage simple elegance as it feeds people's fascination.

The staff is amazing and more helpful than I expected, in a good way of course! I'm certain they're technological saviors! Can you tell I just had a crisis? Ha.

Just wanted to check out the 6 Plus. You know, it's not as big as I thought. If I were in the market for a new iPhone right now, I think I would get the plus.

Probably the least chaotic Apple store in the city . Stop by here or the UWS location to beat the insane NYC crowds.

We're at the mercy of the Steve Jobs disciples here, so try to pick out a bright and attentive one. There are definitely some duds in the mix. Godspeed.

If you need something iPhone / Genius related, swing by just after opening...they can usually fit you in without an appointment

Must admit, you can say what you want about Apple, but they have the best looking stores in the city -this one equals urban/industrial meets minimalist charm
