This is a great Best Buy location if you are completely self-sufficient, don't need any help or service whatsoever and plan on shoplifting. Otherwise, you may want to visit a better-run location.

The Best Buy Mobile department folks here are knowlegeable and helpful. Smartphone selection is narrower than it was 2 years ago, as fewer models are being made available for Best Buy's mass pricing.

Great layout of a store! Open 24/7 free wifi . . The Customer service is horrible so go in knowing what you want and get out! They actually have decent DJ equipment!

Looove this store. Great selection of products. I like the clean layout. I find most representatives at this location to be quite helpful (once u get their attention). So far, it's my fav. location!!

They will price match Amazon and B&H Photo Video - both of which are usually much cheaper than Best Buy's retail price. Not a bad deal

While I'm not a big fan of Best Buy in general, this one is open 24 hours . Also they price match several other stores like B&H, so you can get your stuff here when the other ones are closed.

They recycle any kind of battery. Also cell phones, TVs , computers and plastic bags. Batteries & bags are inside the door to the right. Bigger stuff you have to ask.

Ask for Quantavia, the friendliest and most helpful, really the best sales person in the city . Galo the manager is Awesome too.

Even though this store claims to be 24-hours, avoid it between midnight and 1am. They need to "reset their registers for the next day" and you'll be waiting in line for an hour.

This location feels a little rundown. The media section could use a revamp. The employees can also try to be a little more useful instead of just chatting while customers are waiting.

Open super late. Convenient. In store pickup is nice so you can just walk out the door.

Check online before you buy. Bestbuy.com sometimes has sales that the store doesn't! And Best Buy matches the bestbuy.com price

PC Richards is one block east. Don't purchase a high prices item without checking both stores.

Very slow staffed, but the products are great. At times you get a rude sales associate. But this girl knows how to handle them.
