If all you need to do is exchange your remote control, you don't need to stand in the regular line . You can go to the payment center line , which is short and quick.

Get a number and run over to shake shack. Get in line and order. Then run back to twc and finish your business there. When you leave your burgers and fries are waiting for you.

Happy to be done with TWC, but I was pleasantly surprised at how fast thy can run through the line here. There were about 100 people in from of me and I only had to wait for 30 mins.

Had a surprisingly pleasant experience here. I went in to get a new router and they explained everything clearly. The retail design is bangarang too.

Show up early! Last time I tried to come around lunch and waited for over an hour. This time I came at 8:45 and didn't even have to wait! The woman told me it gets crazy from noon onwards.

The wait is much longer than the old center. But they spiffed it up to market to you while you wait for 45 minutes for a 45 second cable box return

Bc amazingly- waiting on hold for 15 min only to be offered the new/genius idea to unplug and replug in your router/cable box doesn't cure EVERY problem...

When returning equipment on a Sat got there at 7:45 store opened at 8 am there were already 5 people in line

Get here any time before 8:30 to avoid the long line .

These places are usually the worst.... This store was great! Brand new, wait wasn't long, was comfy ... Best cable return place I've ever been.

Wear an NYPD jacket and you get to cut the line !

Hate waiting in long queues for TWC customer service? Arrive early in the morning, and the line is only half as long as in the afternoon.

I don't get the bad reviews of this store. Yeah TWC is a ripoff, but the store itself runs efficiently. You take a number and wait. Pretty simple!
