The most helpful and knowledgable salesperson about accessories of all kinds is SEAN. Be sure to ask for him. Not sure if he handles other stuff such as repairs, but he was amazing. And works on Sun.

If you know what you want and wait for a specialist is long go downstairs to cash line where they have the products. Much faster!

A truly amazing place -- pay attention to the detail in the architecture , especially the glass staircase connecting the two floors.

The genius team at the store is the most incompetent genius team I have encountered.There wasn't a time that I had to wait less than 20-40 minutes, or a time that my problem was solved there.
