really fun and entertaining and it's fun to spend 1 hour there without getting bored, and it's really cool and big and has so many cases that are amazing and has many floors with cool apple products

Great store and mostly friendly and helpful staff . Bought a MacbookPro and bunch of accessories there, sadly during the process the "specialist" who was helping me with the purchase was very passive.

Had to wait about 30 min past my appointment time but it was all worth it when they handed me a free new iPhone ! Great customer service once you get someone to help you

Tuesday midday is the time to come! The store is almost empty, employees aren't stressed out and are in a good mood to gush over apple products with me & provide solid advice ????

For all non-apple stuff head upstairs! They also have events happening most evenings.

Free wifi and every Apple product on display for a test drive. What more could you want?There are also special events upstairs, check the website.

This Apple Store is just awesome! I think it is the best Apple Store in NYC. Everyone wants to help you and they're very friendly . Much better than the 5th avenue store!

An Apple Store like all other Apple Store. But look up through every the glass roof and see the water tank. See the neighborhood , and it feels like a special Applestore!

Pro tip - if you are looking for a public restroom in SoHo, this is the place. Nice, clean restrooms in the back of first floor.

You won't find any Lenovo netbooks here. Stays busy as most places around Prince but a better option than the large and insanely crowded 5th Ave location. My preferred.

It may not have the iconic giant glass in front, but the Apple Store SoHo is a beautiful, unique store. It is also normally a lot less crowded than the other stores in the city .

Anthony (The Earnest Kid podcast) moonlights here. He's helpful, patient and yes, earnest, especially to an Apple noob like me.

The glass sides of the staircase are seamless giant 30-ft long panes of glass cut into a zig-zag pattern. Two of the largest solid panes of glass in the world.

They host talks with celebrities every week. Saw great discussions with Reese Witherspoon and Gabriel Garcia Bernal in less than a month .

One of the most distinctive/well known Apple stores in the city . It's free talks are always great, but victim to some overcrowding.

If you're iPhone is less than a year old and your earbuds stop working, go to the Genius Bar and they'll give a new pair for free since it's under warranty for one year.

Kent at the Genius Bar was very helpful in replacing my iPhone 6 whose panel around the home button had become loose

The event space upstairs is so nice and comfortable . Staff are friendly and chill .

Here's a tip; when you take my name and email address and tell me to "sit and wait for my name to be called" can you MAKE SURE im signed in? ...the little things, Apple, the little things.

10am on a Thursday, but no Genius Bar wait thanks to the light rain. No help to the crowd gathered outside behind a velvet rope awaiting the iPhone 6 though.

Avoid peak times like during lunch or immediately after work. The Apple store always has excellent service, but if you want to browse, beat the crowds.

Free wi-fi and a great auditorium . Sit in on one of the many classes hosted here (check website for class schedules) or work on your own stuff.

The nicest most respectful staff . Even watched them eloquently handle verbally abusive customers! IMPRESSED!

As the only Apple store with an auditorium , it's the perfect Soho spot for sitting in a comfy chair and checking your email. Also, many Soho-dwelling celebs can be spotted here.

It may look busy, but everyone's just checking their email. If you need to go in and out, grab what you need and find an agent, they can check you out from anywhere in the store.

Make sure to schedule your Genius appointments online before arriving. If you walk in without one you'll be waiting awhile.

Don't accidentally say you have an appointment with a nerd at the Nerd Bar...here they're called geniuses and it's a Genius Bar ..

They often bring well known artists in to perform . Watch the calendar for shows.

They seem to have adopted a much stricter stance on courtesy replacements of broken phone screens. $150 - $200 now if you don't have Apple Care. I'd stick with DrBrendan.com though for $99 bucks!
