Most ENERGETIC SBUX in Charlotte! Great character, the most knowledgeable baristas , eclectic crowd, relaxing...just sip on your espresso and be HAPPY!!!

Consistency. I'm sure everyone has a favorite location but the inconsistencies between the 4 I visit on a regular basis are very noticeable.

Great place an locale except for the parking . Try and get Ben as your barista(can you say that for a guy) anyway he's cute , sweet, and makes the best damn chai !

I used to avoid bc parking was terrible, but they added more parking !! Great spot, large and open inside. If you need to get some work done. Converted from a house, so interesting interior.

Parking can be a beast, but excellent location and plenty of seating inside and outside.

My favorite Starbucks in Charlotte! Great atmosphere, friendly staff , cool mix of customers! PS- Make sure to park in SBX parking spaces only or you will be towed!

Love this starbucks... super nice staff who helped save me from being out $200! parking 's tricky when it's busy so be sure to pay attn to designated parking spots so you don't get towed! :)

Sbux is losing its mojo . Focus on coffee and desserts . Now, I feel like I'm walking into an upscale McDonalds. Trying to be all things to all people.

This Starbucks tops them all! The two Jens and Big Ben roll the red carpet out for me and have yet to serve me up a bad Venti 1-pump cinnamon dolce cappuccino !

Parking is RIDICULOUS here. If you come during peak hours, just park across the street! The towers in this lot are scumbags!

Great service but terrible parking

The hazelnut frappucino tastes nothing like hazelnut ! Major disappointment since this was my birthday drink. #fail
