Mike's Mess (add jalapeños ). Pancakes are great. For a crazy meal, get the Jr Mess and sub pancakes for toast . The burgers are the best too. Homemade buns .

Honestly, they've got awesome food. It's a great place to catch up with friends over a good, filling bite to eat. They charged us a ton of money for a jug of orange juice though, so ask for prices.

You can’t find sour dough pancakes anywhere but here and they are great. Also, the Mike’s Mess and the Artichoke Frittata are amazingly different breakfast treats.

Everything here looks and smells delicious, but I can tell you the Italian Scramble is mouth watering delicious. I truly hope I can come back one more time before leaving the Cruz

Lots of vegan options , huge portions , lovely staff , but a long ass wait. Legitimately, it's going to be a long ass wait. But also worth it. Add-Ina get expensive quick, so watch yourself.

Go hungry. Share a mike's mess and the special fruit pancakes (usually banana walnut in fall/winter, berry in spring/summer) with someone. Who needs a menu?

Chili and eggs ...amazing combo and the corned beef hash is absolutely amazing. Also try the cornbread .

Another plug for those sourdough pancakes : Light, thin, crispy edges, and made with sourdough starter. Delicious!

Good brunch place , the waiter who served my friend and I was also very friendly and accommodating.

Wow. Awesome home fries , good clam chowder . Definitely get garlic in your omelette and the molasses bread .

Zachary's has the best breakfasts in the world, but their lunches are amazing, too. This place has the BEST BURGER I have ever had in my life. No lie. It will melt your heart.

Always check the specials before you order - there’s nothing bad here, but sometimes the specials are particularly good.

Zach's Benny, Mike's Mess, Pancakes , Waffles , omelettes you can do no wrong at this place. Seriously delicious.

Best tofu scramble I have found anywhere. I keep trying others , but no one beats Zach's!

Corned Beef Hash is the best; we always get a loaf of Oatmeal Molasses bread to take home.

Order the pepper bacon and Bleu cheese burger !! AMAZING!!

The best damn breakfast spot in the the US. The home fries are incredible, I add cheddar cheese with sour cream to mines, yummy!!
