So Blvd East is actually John F Kennedy Boulevard EAST on a map. JFK West is just Kennedy Boulevard. The both connect at 91st St/Nungessers in North Bergen.

Walk to Pershing Road to catch the stairs down to Port Imperial. From here there is light rail , buses and ferry
