Not a Gym Rat 's gym . Mostly Cybex machines. But you can get a complete and quick workout in, cardio included, for less money per month than you spend on lunch in a day.

Come here in the off peak hours to avoid the Guidos hogging two to three sets of free weights. FIST PUMP!!!

SK Energy Tip: As you get tired, move from using dumbbells to machines. Pop open a Street King to start your workout and you’ll find you might get tired later than expected.

2 min walk from station. Though be mindful of trash, rats , bums. Gym itself is reasonable. Broken staff is being taken care of. My only real concern is that people don't put their weights back.

Love this gym but the rampant theft in there leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Wish more honest people attended this gym !!

Come the first Monday of the month for pizza . Hate yourself on Tuesday.

For $10 a month you get broken equipment and people with no gym etiquette. But hey, it's $10 a month, right?

Leg days are horrible here with all the stairs afterwards

When working out super set your work out with 1 heavy set then drop 20-30 lbs and do till your muscles are exhausted.

Other than the new equipment it is poor kept.

Ummm...I suggest avoiding the Jamaica branch of Planet Fitness on Thursday nights! its Packed.com!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice Gym . In and out...parking is a bit much to deal with but its close to home and has a friendly staff

Come in the morning because at night there too many people and it gets hot and stinky

Morning is the best time to go since everyone leaves for work & parking is better. Gym is not that packed either! :o)

Decent enough gym for the money. Parking though is horrible. You can only park in walgreens parking lot for an hour before you get towed.

Nice gym good workout space & good price. This location isn't really too crowded either.
