Get the chicken steak over the roast half chicken , which can be dry. The grilled chicken steak is SO unique, so Cuban. The mojo is nuts . I actually think the roast pork is the best thing on the menu.

Can never go wrong with the famoso pollo versailles and the ropa vieja . Garlic bread is delicious. And don't forget about the awesome plantains .

Shredded beef , lomo saltado , arroz con pollo are my favorites. But you probably can't go wrong with their whole menu.

Amazing half chicken and shredded pork with rice and plantains . Does hurt to wait for especially with delicious hot garlic bread .

Versailles was on top of their game in the 90's now they are sub par. Try El Colmao (Yelp) on Pico (Ropa Vieja + Bistec de Palomilla + Yuca + Platano Maduro ). You are welcome.

Black beans and rice are fantastic as are the dishes they come with

Despite coming here a zillion times they don't show me love. Who cares. I'm mad about the chicken and their special garlic sauce .

Steak lovers - order the #10. A nice tangy surprise! Plaintains were perfect. Had 2 baskets of garlic bread . Finish off w the cafe con leche.

If you love onions , order the pork . Lots of onions .

Their ropa vieja is to die for!

They really know how to use garlic . Be warned, you will be farting garlic for days afterward. Not a good place for a first date, but the food is amazing.

I always get the Versailles chicken with arroz y morro instead of beans and rice separate.

Haven't lived in LA for 12 years. First dinner - Versailles. Same as it ever was - YUM!!!

The mojito was very disappointing. Garlic bread on point. Garlic chicken is huge but I have had better.
