100% vegan menu...food is amazing! Cupcakes and milkshakes are out of this world. Sandwiches , soups , breakfast meals , teas and pizza also on the menu...so delicious try it!!! XD

Ken Sarowiwa shake (chocolate+peanut butter+banana) is THE best. Other faves include the Spicy Tofu Scramble (w/o onions !), Tofurky Club Sandwich & Winter Kale Salad . Weekly specials are often great.

Amazing vegan pizza on Friday nights! Fry Guy: vegan sausage crumbles, black olives , green peppers , etc :) call ahead, it gets busy.

Basically vegan heaven. Vegan French toast , milkshakes , Reuben , BBQ , and an Egg Trick muffin . I wanted to eat all the food! Both vegan and omnis will love.

BLT was magnificent, but the Albert Einstein milkshake made me want to go back for second go round. Had my first vegan meal here, and stop in every week or so. Love this place.

Best vegan place in CNY. Amazing menu selections. Call ahead on Fridays (pizza night ) and get the "chicken Alfredo " pizza with an earth crisis milkshake !

You're going to see people sporting Tom's and Crocs; it'll also most likely smell of patchouli oil, but it doesn't mean this vegan food isn't awesome. I recommend the Cajun Seitan sammich .

Possibly the best vegan cafe in CNY. Don't expect much in the way of conversation or vegans , it's not that type of cafe . They have Shakes , pizza's , sandwiches and hearty salads .

Warning: World's slowest restaurant . Expect to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich when it's dead. If you're a vegan with time to spare it's a great place. Shakes are great even for non-vegans.

You don't have to be vegan to love the menu. Go for one of the shakes .

Go on Friday night for Pizza Night , they are amazing even if you aren't vegan !!

This place has some of the fattest vegans I've ever seen. Then again this is Syracuse; not much to do here besides eat delicious cupcakes .
