One of the better sushi options in Boulder. Authentic Japanese decor, lively environment are great place for groups or a date. If you've got a group, go for the sushi boat ! Dragon roll was my fav.
Sushi Zanmai has some of the most interesting deserts you can find -the best in my opinion. It resides in downtown Boulder near many other places of interest. If you like sushi try this at least once.
The Orange Crush roll was on special, and it was super yummy! Staff were all engaged and friendly , and everything we had was absolutely delicious.

Only get nigiri (individual pieces) during happy hour . If it's after happy hour , order from the special rolls . Try agedashi tofu for something new.
The lunch sushi combination is an awesome deal for 12.00! Absolutely delicious and you get a lot of food! I avoid the mackeral because I'm not into the super fishy sushi .
Get the "shrimp shrimp " appetizer . Fried while shrimp . Nothing like it in town .
