If you like dept stores and you like drinking, this is the combo for you! Bars on multiple floors and open container rules abound. Not sure if red wine is great with clothes touching but ok.

Went to cafe . -2 level...have coffee , mochi donuts , gelato..they did not check for vax card for ppl sitting down
