Really nice and helpful staff . A girl on the men's floor looks like Nicole from the pussy cat dolls. She's really knowledgable and found me my dream blazer .

Has great sale items and the floor is clean . But I bought a pair of boots that were attached but were two different sizes... ????????

Staff have a lot of attitude, I talked to two of them and neither said a "hello" back and the third one when I inquired about the price just kept on folding the sweaters. Super rude, stay away

I agree with everyone. The staff here left a very unpleasant taste for zara. Very rude. Pissed to the point of wanting to write a complaint

Zara's mens fitting rooms suck. Only 3 and guys like to stay in there for hours...grrr

No drinks allowed in the store.

Slow at the registers, and rude employees! Even the Zara's in Spain have better service.
