Another great old traditional pub . Courage served here (for those who remember what this is). I make sure to checking here each time I’m in London.
Great place! The Guiness on tap was much better than what we get in the US. I love the atmosphere, filled with very friendly locals.
The old fella behind the bar doesn't like people who pay with cards. So pay with cards as much as you can! ;D

Stand outside at 7pm when the clean the streets with raspberry-like liquid. Berwick Street becomes Bubblegumwick Street.

This is a proper boozer, and not too full of media tossers from hereabouts. Their optics rack is a thing to die for, the beer's well kept and the service as it should be. Worth a detour. - Neal Ledwith
