Four Points by Sheraton Charleston

I love this place. We stay here every year when the Clay Center has Carnaval. Staff are super personable and helpful, and the rooms are great. It's very comfortable here. Thank you!

Remodeling. Wonderful staff . Gina was so helpful in getting to our room and getting our bags. Also drives the shuttle and said just let her know where we needed to go.

Wonderful rooms, they are doing a great job with the remodeling. My sister even got a suite overlooking the river that she didn't expect... nice suprise!

The building is older but the view was great. The staff I met were wonderful and helpful. There was a musty smell but I keep a candle packed for just such occasions. The linens were fresh

Nice room. Newly renovated. However, I made reservations 5 months ago and was told I could reserve a riverfront room. Checked in today and was told it was first come first serve with check in.

Pretty nice hotel . It's being renovated and I got one the new rooms which is beautiful. Awesome view of the river

Loudest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The heater sounded like a lawn mower and vibrated the entire room when it kicked on. You could here everything in all the rooms around you. Didn't sleep at all.

Comfortable , clean rooms and friendly staff . No complimentary breakfast though.

Watch out for extra charges when checking in here, after agreeing on a price they charge 16.00 more a day for having carpets, tv , and parking

This place needs serious help. Water leak repairs in the ceiling, cracked & peeling doors & ancient decor. Go elsewhere!
