The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Don't miss the breakfast here! They have double chocolate chip muffins along with a bunch of other great items! Which is a win in my book .
Early check in was a breeze, offered you complimentary cookies and drinks while you wait. It's the perfect location. Directly off the highway and walking distance to the Civic Center and a HUGE mall
Holiday Inn Express is a great chain so you know you can expect amazing service to come standard with your stay, but the level of comfort here is above and beyond what I expected.

The management and staff are very helpful and friendly . This is certainly not "your grandfather's Holiday Inn " The brand has really come along way in recent years.
Stayed on the 4th floor. Not a bad room at all. At first room smelled musty called front dear and this was taken care of ASAP. Most staff very friendly and super nice. Loved the shuttle driver .
Great location near shopping center, and a bit further to old section. Can walk to lovely Chop House.

Stayed in Room 307. Room was decent but lacks microwave and refrigerator unless you ask. Bathroom door was missing the lock button. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Wifi sucks... Called front desk to reset modem and he wasn't interested in helping me at all.. Instead just told me to restart my computer...in which I had just told him I had done!!

Bathtub is filthy here. And don't get room anywhere near the elevators . They are very old and noisy !
