Choose the apartment style rooms on 19th or 20th floor. Space, bacony , fully appointed kitchen.... The location is amazing in central Melbourne...

ANZ sent me here for a week, service was great, big rooms , great bar , gym pool , can't recommend enough

Modern room , great kitchen for a studio. Small bathroom but shower pressure great. Bed is comfortable . Plenty of living room in a studio.

The cuban sandwiches made at their cafe below, are as healthy, and meaty as it can get :)

SOUL-CRUSHINGLY BAD. For the love of all you hold dear, do NOT stay here! Toilets that rival airplane toilets in size. Everything in the room seemed for show, not use. Sleep deprivation-noisy & bright

Has a kitchen, but you only get 1 fry pan and nothing to cook with in microwave or oven and no dishes to serve with :-/ Looking a bit run down, but clean . Bathroom walls see through...

Get a ##02 upper floor room....

Small room. Noisy . Old tv with no hdmi input so can't plug in laptop to watch movies . Internet is biggest rip-off ever. $126 for 7 days and 500mb download. Thank god for my 12gb download iPhone plan

Broadband is VERY expensive . Nearly $30 per 24 hours and 100mb restriction and upto $270 for 1.5GB.

Oaks on Collins - staff with attitude and no computers so you can't check in and no luggage guy. Pretty reverse good. 0/10.

Need a quiet night sleep? As for an inside room. No view but also no trams !

Horrible entrance and reception; Las Vegas gone wrong. Good sized room with kitchenette . Tiny bathroom . Good view . Pretty average for price.

Tiny room, no blankets, no iron, expensive , crappy building, not recommended. Paid extra for a queen bed (yes, it's extra) and received a double. Suggest staying anywhere else.

Small beds, tiny bathroom , tv and noisy room. I'm surprised it's so expensive .
