Mercure Perth

The housekeeping staff didn't change the sheets for 3 days before we notified the front desk staff . They were apologetic & quick to rectify the issue. Wi-Fi only available at lobby capped at 2 hours.

Agree internet is pricey and Telstra 4G coverage is poor. Other than that nice hotel with comfy well priced rooms and well located to reach the CBD.

Good value for money in Perth. Staff were really helpful and great location. Rooms were clean .

With accomodation prices going through the roof in Perth at the Mecure you still get value for money Make sure you have your own wifi though

The superior room is fantastic. But bathroom still old school. Yes Internet is ridiculously expensive !!

No free wifi..only 1st 30mins per day..gotta purchase to continue surfing using wifi ..

The room was ok, but the housekeeping staff must be pretty lazy. Mini-bar wasn't stocked and there were a few spots that obviously hadn't been cleaned . Room service wasn't great either.

Keep your eye on the maid. Does not keep me filled up with my coffee , sugar or milk . Even when I paid for the up graded service

No free WiFi . No free breakfast .

stay away fron rm402 stinks of mould

Crazy stupid expensive Internet. Wont be staying here again.
