Room service is good. Spacious rooms too and a massive lobby. As for a sea view !

Newly refurbished Premier rooms on high floors are modern and many have good Swan River views . Wireless internet is VERY slow especially when the hotel is busy - too may peeps logged in

Clean . Modern. Super kewl rooms and just a short walk away from the city ’s main shopping, entertainment and business districts. :)

The tomato soup is absolutely delicious. The mix of crab and tomatoes is amazing!

It was a three star room. It was clean and quiet . The gym was nice.

The Executive rooms in this hotel are great and they provide access to the Pacific Club. Service here is also really good.

If your attending a conference .... apply what you learn and be Persistant as persistance is power....

Take a print out of your booking with you. They lost mine. Reception staff not helpful. Standard room outdated; lots of repair work required. Room not clean (toe clippings)! Not 5-star

Look at this "5 Star" hotel 's bath tub. This should not be standard for an over $200 per night hotel .

Very thin walls I could hear every time my neighbor was going to the bathroom ! The personnel is rude and not really helpful! The room wasn't anything special!

Standard rooms are not worthy of 5 Star rating.

Even the wifi in the lobby is down most of the time...

Check in Saturday at 3 pm, don't bother. Line to the door.

Chili mussels ... Disappointing 

Seafood buffet dinner $65...dont waste your time. Frozen product and poor service. Shower didn't work properly and breakfast was barely passable. Will not be staying here ever again.
