It’s not the most modern hotel in the world, and it feels like it’s bigger than is required. However, the pool area is nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable . Nice central location too.
Automatic upgrade if you're a Hyatt gold member. Top levels have their own private breakfast area
gym small but good machines, overpriced like all 5 star in aus, restaurant and bar perfect! not really clean like a 5* in other countries at all for a real 5 star but ok
The buffet is great value , not as many dessert options as there used to be but still great for groups
