Feels like there is a lot of history in this place. Really old furnishing meets some just plain out of date. Bizarre place but so central and well priced.

The wifi is seriously overpriced ($23/day for 200mb!). Instead, head out on level two and go to Canvas Cafe , they have free wifi and tasty food, just ask for the password when ordering

Take the room with harbor view . The lift is exhausting for old and new. Museum,cafe,fish market ,and mall . Centrally located, OG is best of all.

Looking for somewhere to eat? Forget Darling Harbour head north on Harris Street. Lots of cafes , restaurants and pubs .

Helpful staff , good location. No decent wireless option though, so you'd better bring your own mobile hotspot.

Nice place and good location however the night service reception needs improvement. The receptionists were not friendly and acted like my check-in was a massive hassle.

The lifts can be cranky and slow at times. Excellent location !

Housekeeping is " random"!!! Sometimes there is some, sometimes there isn't. Rarely fully completed.

people downstairs are very helpful. easy place to get around.

it's a great place their may be the occasional random evacs but why complain it's for everyones safety

Good but you have to pay for bed clean as room service .

Not too bad if you're after cooking/laundry facilities. Don't stay in the bottom floor!!!! The rooms are caged in like pig pens :/

The lifts are really slow

Pool and spa are great!

The elevators are really slow. Be prepared to leave a few minutes earlier in the morning.

And the fire alarm testing takes hours! Good pool though.

Not great. Service was slow, room was messy & bed was hard & uncomfortable. It's adequate but definitely nothing outstanding.

Sofa bed without a mattress - FAIL! Reception not answering.
