Crowne Plaza Madrid Airport

The reason I chose this hotel was: They have "normal" northern-European bed covers, not just a sheet of cotton. Love it! Very new, clean and quiet too!

Nice hotel close to the airport but in the middle of nowhere. There is absolutely nothing within walking distance. There is a shuttle to the airport and to the local mall .

Free mini bar , which is great, but is only two waters and two sodas , so not that big of an amenity. Free wifi . Shuttles are slow. Eat across the street at the HIE about 30-40% less.

The hotel is very nice. There is a shuttle service from/to the airport .

Opened in oct-2010 so rooms are new. Free Internet. Free mini bar . Very close to airport so can be convenient. Espresso machine in the room! Big tv . Great bed.

The room is extremely nice, but this place is in the middle of now where. The wifi works great in my room with my iPad. So that isn't a problem, but there is nothing close by.

Very nice! They have rituals soaps in the restrooms !! Haha

Burgers are Amazing!

It is now March 26 and they still don't have a room-service menu. Shuttle which I was told would pick me up at airport at 16:00 didn't show up until 16:35

Internet connection is not stable . They told me the wireless did not work, gave me a cable and a user ID and password, but they didn't work. After three attempts, I gave up.

Stay here, not at the HIE across the street!

The airport shuttles are SLOW.

Breakfast is pretty awful too.

New. Their airport shuttle only runs twice a day and they don't seem set up for room service or even food. Disappointing.

No wifi in the room. Don't stay here if you want to use your iPad on wifi

Llevo unas cuantas Horas, y definitivamente nunca me habían recibido en un hotel de Madrid de Excelente manera. La chica que me recibió en Recepción Magnífica. Todo excelente, una opción ideal cerca

Cumple con el estándar de la cadena. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. No es un hotel para estancias largas, solo para cuando tienes un vuelo cercano. No hay mucho que hacer en los alrededores.

Si llegas despues de las doce no hay nada para comer... Eso si la cama esta muy comoda
