The Tower Hotel

Excellent location, has very good views to the river . Underground is a couple of blocks. You should walk in the riverfront early morning. Beautiful and refreshing

The Lawn is a great place to pass a pleasant afternoon on the weekend. However, while friendly , the service in the restaurants and bars is slow and inattentive -- subpar for a 4 star hotel .

Thought the starter was worth the price. The main less so. In terms of the room, a nice view of the river is about all there is going for it. It's flipping freezing in here!!

Perfect location. The service is great, and the staff are easy to talk to. Was able to get an upgrade on our room with the best view of the Tower Bridge .

Booked at an event for work. The venue location is amazing but food served during event was 2 star over 5! Only 1 lift out of 4 working!! Massive queue worse than getting on a tube during peak time!

There are food trucks on the section called The Lawn that have a really good fish & chips ! Good to eat with a view of the river .

A large hotel between the Thames and the St Katharines docks. Amazing location. Friendly staff . A place you have to visit!

I have had dinner here in an business event and the food was from average to good. Very basic menu and cannot go wrong with it #safechoice

Location is good, rooms ok, view is amazing!! You might get an upgrade for a better room or with view to the bridge ! Breakfast ok. Staff is not really friendly and service-oriented.

If you ask politely they will often upgrade you, just to give you the perfect views :)

The brassiere here is a great warm and cozy place to view the Tower Bridge .

Nice staff , mostly. Hard to get in contact with on the phone sometimes though - room service , reception. Nice view , would consider returning. No major complaints.

Work out free internet - they give you a BT voucher which you can use all over London since there are BT WiFi hotspots.

The double rooms are tiny. Pre booking breakfast if it's not included in your room rate seems cheaper

Pretty good room if you like your history!!!

Ask for one of the refurbished rooms when checking in. The hotel is nice, but ws really works is it's position.

Great views

Most incredible view of Tower Bridge

Came here for Christmas lunch . Staff were useless at giving information. Both in the restaurant and when ordering a taxi . Don't come here if you want a good service from the staff .

Nice view of the Tower Bridge ...

Used to be called the tower by the hour, but the high class hookers have moved on to the sanderson, apparently.

Rooms are very outdated, not worth a second visit.

Staff not friendly ! They do not even speak proper English! Food Is horrible! Location is the only nice thing!

Habitaciones limpias, excelente vista, buen desayuno y gimnasio abierto 6-22 hrs. Mini súper justo a la vuelta y zona de cafés y pubs ; cerca de estación del metro y London Tower. 15 min a Piccadilly.

Ein super zentral gelegenes Hotel ! Toller Ausblick!! Allerdings auch nicht sooo billig ... es lohnt sich aber! Auf dem Foto... Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer!

Super accueil. Très cosy et luxueux avec un emplacement de rêve et une vue imprenable sur le Tower Bridge. Même le petit déjeuner et les chambres y sont agréables.
