The Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden

Most definately the most tripped out sculpture garden I've ever been to. You don't need to be an art aficionado to be captured by this most wonderful art ! One of the many astounding things to do here!

Allow plenty of time. You will want to enjoy all of the pieces of art and there are many. The park is huge with a lake and also a small garden .

Absolutely worth a wander if you're visiting NOMA or City Park . There's another entrance near Morning Call. Quite the staggering selection of more than 60 artists .

So many awesome sculptures , it's kind of crazy... but really neat and great to walk around the garden , to look or just to stroll

Free to enter & fun to explore. The works feel intentional in each space.

It is nice for a walk, lots of green area and many sculputures to see. It is very clean too.

The New Orleans Museum of Art 's Sculpture Garden is free and open 7 days a week! 10 am to 4:30 pm. Open late on Friday's til 8:30 pm!

Free to enter and view the art . No bikes or dogs allowed in this section of the park .

About a third of it is under construction and inaccessible right now. But it's still worth checking out.

Make sure you check out the "Karma " sculpture from behind, it totally changes the sculpture .

They have clean restrooms if you need to drop a deuce after eating that PoBoy . The sculptures are nice too!

This place is beautiful, come for an event ! Watched Willy Wonka here with Candyvision it was fun!
